It's not the colour I ordered.. product looks like totally fake and second hand .. poor quality.. get damaged after a day of use .. ..not getting charged.. not satisfied👎.. never buy again

The item is very different which they are showing in layout it's saying this is ctrl8 product but inside the box it is duplicate cmf product i am very disappointed 😞 with this product
It's a fake app. I didnot get my order no. #GDL56675. Amount already paid. Order cancelled after one week, no refund , no customer service and unable to track now.

Very disappointing product. There was no proper manual included, and even the outer box lacked proper detailing and clear information. The controls keep changing on their own even without touching the AirPods. The fit is also very poor and uncomfortable in the ears. Overall, not satisfied with the quality and user experience.
Received used one and no branding on the product.Looks like it is local product and sound quality is worst.Ididn't see any procedure for return.Not happy with the product
I have received totally different item and I didn't not even open that thing. Complaint so many times to your customer care but no resolution yet. please collect that item and refund my money or replace it with the correct product.
Left Speaker has very low sound than the right one. there's no Bass in this Buds.
How can I return it.
