Totall scam, I ordered 1st time and prepaid, still got wrong product and now unable to return and contact customer care because they are scammer and what to say

Battery drains faster than mentioned, around 3 hours versus the 6 hours claimed. Rest is okay, sound quality is acceptable.
Ekdum jhakkas earbuds hain. Battery backup insane hai, poora din chalta hai.
Sound mast hai yaar, bass toh ekdum zabardast! Totally value for money at it.

The product return was initiated, but the refund has not been received even after repeated follow-ups. Customer support is not providing a satisfactory resolution.
I would not recommend purchasing from this seller due to their poor refund process.
Paired instantly, connection stays rock solid even 10 metres away. No dropouts. Sound is punchy and detailed. Very satisfied.

Acceptable sound quality for the price range. Highs and mids clear, bass adequate. Good for daily listening.
